What began as a passion project has evolved into something more.

I’m so proud of where we’ve been, and even more excited for what’s ahead. Having spent well over two decades in the health and social care sector, I come from a place of experience and intuitive understanding - and Aurelion is the natural expression of everything that has taught me.

I started Aurelion Health Group because I believe that those who care for others deserve to be cared for too.

Walk into any care home or clinic and you’ll find the same story: managers stretched thin trying to keep rotas full, and brilliant nurses, carers, and practitioners looking for somewhere they’re truly valued - not just placed. The gap between them should not be filled by a faceless agency chasing a fee. It should be bridged by someone who actually listens.

That’s why I built Aurelion.

Why Skills, Not Just Staff

The staffing crisis in UK healthcare isn’t really just a numbers problem. It’s a skills, support and retention problem - and after two decades in the sector, I’ve seen it from every angle.

This is why Aurelion will never be “just” a recruitment consultancy. I am building this business to be a genuine development partner - for the people we place and the providers we serve. That means partnering with training providers and specialist academies. It means helping our providers access funded learning routes so their team can grow without stretching their budgets. And it means walking with our candidates through every step of their career - from first placement, to specialist qualification, to leadership.

When a carer becomes a senior carer. When a nurse qualifies as a V300 prescriber. When a practitioner steps into specialist or leadership work. That’s not a side effect of our work - that’s the work. Because better-trained people deliver better care, and better care is the only thing this sector should be measured by.

I was born and raised here in the United Kingdom and the West Midlands is where Aurelion begins - because thisis home, and because the sector here deserves better. But my vision doesn't stop at the edge of one region.

I’m building Aurelion to serve healthcare providers and professionals across the entire United Kingdom - and to bring worldwide expertise into everything we do. The best ideas in healthcare don’t belong to anyone country. Whether it’s emerging clinical practise, training innovations from leading global academies, or workforce and care models proven elsewhere in the world, Aurelion will draw on the best of what’s out there - and bring it home to UK healthcare.
