At Aurelion, we work with care homes, clinics, and private healthcare providers across the West Midlands (and beyond) who genuinely want skilled nurses - not just any nurse with a pulse and a PIN number. Before you are sent anywhere I will sit down with you (in person or on a call, however suits) and actually listen. What kind of setting do you thrive in? What hours work around your life? What have you walked out of before, and why?

Once I know what you are looking for, I will match you carefully. I’m upfront about pay, the team you’d be joining, the clinical pressures, the management style - the lot. No surprises on day one.

You’ll have one point of contact at Aurelion who knows your name, your situation, and your goals. If something’s not right at a placement, you tell me and i will fix it.

Care work is one of the hardest, most undervalued jobs in the country, and we don’t pretend otherwise. Long shifts, hard days, residents who become family, paperwork that never ends- you live it. What you deserve is an agency that has your back, pays you fairly, and doesn’t mess you about.

That’s what we’re trying to build at Aurelion.

I work with care homes across the West Midlands and beyond, and I only put forward homes I’d genuiely want my own family looked after in. When I ring you about a role, I will tell you the truth. What the home is really like, what the pay is, who you’d bw working with, and what the residents need. If a place isn’t right, I won’t push you toward it just to fill a slot.

You’ll have one person at Aurelion you can call directly - not a switchboard, not a different voice each week. If your shift goes wrong, your pay is late, or something at the home doesn’t feel right, you tell me and I will sort it.
